Just got my 7130e yesterday (my first balckberry), and I have a question about opening attachments.

I tried to open a jpg. attachment with no luck. A small red x appeared, and I was unable to access it. Am I doing something wrong/what is the procedure for opening any attachments?

Any help would be great, thanks!

Try to retreive the attachment again, either you didn't have reception or something is going on and would effect all email, etc.

Whatever it was, it fixed itself.

Thanks for the info.
