I am trying to get contacts on my BB messenger, and have sent a few email requests, to allow me to add them. The people I've sent requests to have not received them.

I know their email is properly setup, does this request get sent to the blackberry.com email by default? Regardless of what email addresses they have setup?

If not, can anyone explain to me how to properly contacts to BB Messenger?

BB Messenger will only work with other BB users. You can either send the request to their blackberry.net email or to their device PIN.
