Default Filing Messages from Blackberry 7250

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Verizon 7250 Blackberry that I recently backed up to an .IPD file and then did a hard reset. I restored the .IPD backup file and realize that when I tried to use the "File" option in "Messages" it does not remember where I last filed to before I performed the hard reset.

The rest of the personalized settings restored (i.e. Phone Logs, Dictionary Words, font size, etc) but when I tried to "File" an email in Messages, it doesn't know where to put them. There are 25 subfolders within the Inbox so it is a useful function to have.

The Blackberry is 4.1 and the Blackberry Desktop Manager is also 4.1.0 and I've been synching with no problems.

I am currently using the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) if that helps. Does anyone know if there is a way to recover that function or is it lost forever after the hard reset?

Thanks so much.
