I am on Rogers network and im trying to setup my Blackberry as a dialup device to get internet via my Laptop or PDA.

Everytime I pair the devices i only get AUDIO services. Is this all I will be able to do?

Not via Bluetooth... IIRC it's only an option on the 8100 at the moment. You should be able to tether via USB, provided that Rogers allows for this.
