Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 7100g: BlackBerry7100/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

When viewing your messages, press the u key to jump to the next unread message in the list. What model BB do you have?

if you really do not have any messages but the count shows number, you should try to remove the battery and resit it back after 30 sec. I had this issue before and received the false "unread message" counts.

Well, if it has a red dot on it, I would take that to mean that a message failed sending...

If nothing else, an attempt to get rid of it.

Inside messages, press T to go to the very top. Click in the scroll wheel and choose mark previous opened.

Sometimes this can take a little while.

That should clear out anything.

How did it do?

Good Luck,
Dave

If I get the answer to I get the lollipop?

Go into your saved messages and there you will see the 2 messages that are unread...
