Default Redirection problems

I was sent a message from 'BB Internet solutions' to one of my email accounts

It reads as follows

"This email account is no longer accessable by your BB handheld. This issue is likely caused by a recent change to the password used to access this account.
To resume receiving email for this address, login to your BB Internet Service account and verify the password is correct for this email account"

i havent changed anything & dont even know how to login to "BB Internet Service account"

can anyone help???
