Default Caller I.D. not displaying

Please Login to Remove!

Help, does anyone know how i can reactivate the caller display feature on my 8700. When i recieve calls, the callers number show's up instead of their name.

Did you import all of your contacts from your SIM to the BB?

Do you have these people in your Contact list ? If not, just the number will appear when a call comes in.

do u have security features set? like content protection and lock hand held. if so when the hand held is locked and content protection is on, it will show the number not the name.

Thank you all for your response, i have resolved the problem by disabling content protection in general settings.
