Default Download Email from BB to Laptop/Powerbook

I travel a lot and don't always have an internet connection for my Powerbook. During these periods, I get large excel spreadsheet and documents that I would like to view on a larger screen than the BB. Is there anyway to download the emails from my 8700c to either Outlook(windows) or Entourage(mac)?

Your BB can receive the emails however you are not able to "sync" the emails on your BB with your Outlook file.
