When I get a call my BB8700g doesn't show a contact name but only number even that no. was recorded in my contact book. It used to show a caller name until a couple days ago. Anyone know what happen to my 8700g ?

Did you have it locked and content protected?? go to settings, security options, general settings. If content protected is set to enabled and the phone is locked the name from your address book will not appear.
