I've just configured my 8700c with a connection to BES and it is synchronizing properly with my Exchange server.

The only complaint that I have is that when I go to the "messages" screen, it displays a mixed variety of messages.. If I go to View Folders, I can open just my Inbox and it displays perfectly. Is there a way that I can set the Inbox folder to be the default folder that is viewed when I enter the message screen?

Or is there a way to make a separate shortcut icon for it on the main menu?

Nope. You really have to go through View Folder to view only your BES inbox. What else are you receiving in Messages that's making it difficult to find the BES email?

It helps to turn off the call logging.

What about having separate icons for different email account? I have my personal email account setup as well as work email. I'd like to keep the separated.

You can have separate icons for BIS accounts, but not a BES account.

Well I don't mind crap in my inbox. But I find it annoying that I have to go to view folders to pull up my BES Inbox. For some reason it defaults to my sent items. Is there any way to change this?
