I am working with tech support to resolve some sync issues with BES. They are telling me that under OPTIONS in my INBOX I should see:

General options
Email settings
Email filters
Email reconciliation

I am only seeing:
General Options
Email Reconciliation

They think it might be a device issue?

Are you sure that you're hooked upto a BES?

Those are the same two options I have on my 8703e connected via BIS

Yea do you still have the Enterprise Activation icon on your home screen? If you have setup your 8703e to the BES server you would know. Takes a little bit of time to get your device synch'ed up with the BES server. I guess it depends on what type of mail server your running. We generally tell our users since were running Exchange that it could take 20 mins all the way through an hour to setup their BB for the 1st time.

What happened was the activation hung 1/2 way, so the email was setup, but not the rest. I did a device wipe and a reactivation and now all is well.
