Angry JVM error 102

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone help me I was using my 7100i and it froze I removed battery and tried to restart it and all I can get now is JVM error 102 the blackberry website explained the code and said I would have to do a complete wipe and reinstall. How do I do the system wipe I can handle the reinstall and are there any precautions

Markdubious, welcome to the forums. This question has been answered before (take a look around the forums using the search feature).

You will need to locate jl_cmdr (use search, located in my signature) which you will be able to "wipe" your device with. Next download the most recent software or OS for your blackberry via your providers website.

Load that app and you will be good to go.
