Do you mean that when you delete mails from the BlackBerry it does not get deleted from Microsoft Exchange? If that is so, what you need to do is go to Email, Options, Email Reconciliation and then on Delete On: click Mailbox & Handheld.

Has this been constant issue or did it just start??? That is odd....

Have you tried a hard reboot (pull battery) for 30 sec??

well according to a friend after many many attempts to reactivate the blackberry and get it up if there are emails it has already retrieved and you try to reactivate it emails will stick. So that being said she said each time you re activate the blackberry on the BES you have to wipe the blackberry and re activate it. So I just wiped it and just started re activating it so hopefully this goes smoothly.

It should. They're commonly referred to as "ghost" messages. They stick around, and don't delete because they've already been deleted and can't find their original message to sync with. Wipe-reload is the only way to get rid of them.

what is the correct way of reactivating?? It takes alot of times for me to do it and I always get this "address book" failed. Do you delete user in the BES then re add the user, then reactivate the blackberry?

Typically, no. I usually can wipe and reload, and it activates on its own with little issue.

If you're trying a wireless activation, you may try keeping it wired and see if that helps.
