Default Help!!!

Please Login to Remove!

My BB fell into a big puddle of water.

Anyone have a similar accident? Currently my screen is faded to the point where I have to tilt it sideways to see anything.

I have removed the battery and dried it. My g.friend dropped her razor in the bathtub (accident prone couple) and subsequent to the phone dying, it started to work again. Any chance the same thing might happen in my case?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated, thank you all in advance!!!

This happened to me a while back with my 7100 at the time.

1. Open up, remove battery, and use your hair blowdyer on a low setting, not so hot.
2. Set your phone in very warm, sunlit area. I placed mine on the dashboard of my car for about 3 horus while I was in a meeting. Battery out, exposed inards up.

And good luck.
