Default Help! PDF where did it go

Please Login to Remove!

Ok first off admittedly I am a neophyte at using a BB.

I just got a new copy machine for the office where it sends me an email of a fax. It arrives as a PDF. Which opens fine on my computer but when I download it on my BB it doesn't show any contents, such as the words. I can open other PDf documents that I mail to myself however. But I do not understand what the difference would be since the actual file is downloading. Perhaps my bb is not detecting it as a pdf although it is there at the end of the name.

I was hoping to use this as a solution to stay in touch with my computer illiterate staff while I am away.

Please help.

I have also noticed that I can view some pdfs while others I can not view, but I don't know why this is. So I'm interested in a solution as well.

well I tried the trial version of replicago after seeing so many threads here on the website and guess what IT WORKED!

My best uneducated guess is that when the file is not very clean or the header for the document is not clean it does not work.
