I've had a couple of JVM102 errors on my 8703e requiring me to restore my data but it seems like my backups are not complete. Any apps I install over the air are not backed up and there were other installed apps also missing. My backup file size s only about 600k. What program do I need to use to perform a complete full back (installed apps, themes, etc) in case I need to restore it in the future?

DM 4.2 will also backup up OTA programs. Note that some data for certain apps will only be backed up if the software writer makes the provision for it. In DM 4.2 there is the option to do a backup manually or automatically after xx days.

I'm currently using Desktop Manager 4.1.1.9 which I need to stay on for work reasons. Does 4.1 offer a mechanism to perform a full backup or is 4.2 the only version that can do it?
