I just got my 7100i a couple of days ago and today I noticed that some of thepeople I have in my Address book with direct connect, after I 2 way them or they 2 way me their name is gone and just their Dc number is there in the call log????

did you buy it used? if so have you updated the software

Well knock on wood My 7100 is fixed, It turns out that the Craptel Customer care person didn't know what he was doing he told me to take the sim card out of my motorola i530 and put it in my Blackberry and the Sim card wasn't compatible... I know have the original sim card in my Blackberry and things are working again..
