| Try going into the Desktop Manager on your computer
-> plug your BB into the USB port
-> double-click the "Synchronize" icon
-> make sure "Synchronize organizer data" is checked
-> click on the "Configuration" tab
-> click on the "Configure synch..." button
-> make sure the box next to "Address Book" is checked
-> also check to make sure "Lotus Notes" appears after the "<-->" after "Address Book"
-> if it doesn't, click on the "Choose" button to the right
-> then select the "Lotus Notes" option
-> make sure under "Operation" at the bottom, that it is set to "Synchronize"
-> Click "OK"
-> Click "OK"
-> click on the "Synchronize" tab
-> click on the "Synchronize now" button
This should then synch your contacts from Lotus Notes with the contacts on your BlackBerry. |
