|  Timers/Indicators of Usage
Please Login to Remove! Well, VZW's now sent me two replacement 8703e's that have not had the OS reloaded during the refurb process (which VZW claims is done by RIM). Both devices have been full of the prior customer's data!
After a few hours of complaining, they agreed to send me a new unit. I'm curious if there are any 'timers' or other counters (most old cell phones used to have these) so I can see if they are actually sending me a new device.
Any ideas?
