Default outlook contacts not going to 7100T

Hola, I live in Mexico. I bought an unlocked 7100T online. I have never used Outlook before, but transferred my PalmVx address book and calendar to Outlook, all seems fine, I was able to transfer my calendar to my BB, but the contacts will not go over, they load with Intellisync, but when starting to install, it says, -confirm address book edits-I get the prompt-unable to write, update, or application data- I have tried all configurations I think, even tried to transfer palm desktop directly using media manager. When I turn on media manager, it opens with- The connected BB device does not support transferring media files. Verify the device has BB device software version 4.2 or later installed- the BB device has installed v4.10.309(platform 1.8.0.146) and desktop was the latest from the BB website, device manager also. It also says no device connected- on the right side. I have tried everything on 2 systems, same results. Even though there is BB email here, I will not use it, only the address or contact info, and calendar. Hope this makes sense. Thank you.

I searched all past post and found something that worked for the contacts. I am still having problems with the Desktop manager. When I turn on media manager, it opens with- "The connected BB device does not support transferring media files. Verify the device has BB device software version 4.2 or later installed"- the BB device has installed v4.10.309(platform 1.8.0.146) and desktop was the latest from the BB website, device manager also. It also says xxx8211; no device connected- on the right side. I have tried everything on 2 systems, same results. Thank you...
