I've just open up my BlackBerry 8707v, just found out that the HELP button is missing in the MENU. Anyone have any idea where it went? I have another 8707v that has the HELP in the menu. I've check both versions, platform is 30.0.04.1 and app version is 4.1.0.316.

look in the folder named applications

Try this: From the home screen, hold down the alt key. Push in on the trackwheel and a menu will appear in the upper right corner. Choose, "Show All".

This will put all the applications back on your start screen, as it may simply be hidden, which is a choice with start screen icons.
