Default Adding Numbers to Voicemail...

Please Login to Remove!

We have a BES server with about 50 users on it. We have had this problem since we have rolled out the server almost a year ago but it has been intermitant at best. Well now it is more pronounced and nobody can tell us why this is happening.

Our users are reporting that the blackberry keeps adding numbers when they try to call their voicemail. When they choose "call voicemail" or hold down "1" to call it, it says dialing 555-555589023. It adds like 4 or 5 or 6 numbers to the end of the voicemail number. This makes it so they can't check their messages. The problem either goes away after a day or two or we have to go in and manually change their voicemail number to 555-mail or something like that. But then eventually the problem comes back.

Has anyone experienced this?

Oh, and we all have 7520's

Lightbulb

Some users that I support are having the same issue. I personally had the problem. I was unable to remove the added numbers from under the Voicemail Settings menu. After clicking save, they would be still there as if I made no changes. Did you come up with a fix, or did just wait the problem out for a few days? We also run 7520's.

Thanks...
