Trackwheel sticking I've been using my 8700 (T-Mobile) for 6 months and all was fine, but now I notice that something has happened with the trackwheel and I have to push it really hard to make it register any input. It's hurting my thumbs. Is there anything I can do to fix this myself? Any idea what T-mobile will offer to do if I call to have it serviced? |
ok, they are sending a replacement. I'm not happy that they are charging me $10 shipping as they acknowledged this is a common problem. Has anybody successfully argued against this with T-mo? |
