Please Login to Remove! Hey ya'all...
My dad just recently got him self an 8700c through work. He has been an AVID BB user for years now...but he is "technically illiterate"...the man cant turn on a computer, and had never even written an email prior to getting his first BB about 5-6 years ago (amazing for a man who runs a 75mil/year business, isnt it?)
Anyway.
HE went from a 7290 to an 8700 on cingular. He is on BES through his company server...anyway, long story short, he has like 60,000 emails on the sever..apparently when he is deleting them off of the BB, they arent reconciling on the server...
My question is this:
A. SHOULD they reconcile (I think they should?)
and
B. How do I explain it to the IT staff?
