I have bought a new BB 7100i and when i take out the battery and put it back in i get a litle square with the option to reset the phone or ignore reset.
I some how cannot scrole to ignore it.
But when i hit enter the red light comes on and the screen goes black, after that it pops back up with the little tiny square box.
Is this normal. im a noob
No erors are showing like i see in some post
I did notice if i wiat 30sec or more this does not happen,
Any feed back on this would be gr8?
I have searched everywhere. Thnx in advance

My 7100i has never done that. I have a spare battery so when I take the battery out and switch to another, the BB resets. I get a gray screen with an hour glass for a minute and then everything is normal.

well i solved it with updating the firmware from the nextel bb.on my telus mike bb. great update
