Default BB Newbie...need help

Please Login to Remove!

I got the BB 8700. I have my SIM card in and the phone works. I don't have any of my previous phone numbers and info. Did I not do something or did I do something wrong. I feel like an idiot....but can someone please help!

Hello, and welcome!

If you didnt save your phone numbers from your old phone onto your SIM, then you won't have them.
But, that is easy enough to fix if you still have your old phone. Just put your SIM back in, and save them.
Then put the SIM back in your 8700 and go to adress book > read SIM (or SIM phonebook) something like that.

All your numbers will be there! hahahah
