Is there a way to get pictures on your bb?
I've tried to open them in an email that I sent myself but it does not show an option to open the attachment. Although, I do believe that it shows the picture is there....any ideas?

I had kind of the same problem. I am using Outlook 2003, and i couldn't open any attachments on my BB 7100i. So, i searched around on here and saw a number of times when people said to try using GMail. Google Mail. Sent them that way, and no problems. Just click the message, then scroll down to Open Attachements, click. Then, expand, retrieve. should be good to go. Hope this helps.

Am I understanding that I should open a gmail account or one of the ones you mentioned and send from that account? Sounds easy enough, I just want to make sure I have it right...

I had the same problem and found that if you are sending from Outlook, you have to make sure you are sending the mail as plain text to be able to open attachments. If you are setting your mail as HTML you won't be able to open them.

To check your settings go to Tools > Options > Mail Format and on the first section make sure the drop down box is set to Plain Text.
