Cool 8700g Database

Have a quick question for the group. I was playing with a Nokia E62 the other day ( a very nice unit). My friend travels around the Midwest for YUM Brands inspecting their stores. Instead of walking around the store with his laptop open, I should him how to move the reference manual on to a SD card. He now uses his E62 with all the info in hand. That got me thinking. With my 8700g is there a way to move my reference manual on to my 8700 other than cut and pasting it into memo?

Thanks for your help.

One method comes to mind immediately... e-mail it to yourself as an attachment of a MS word document, or text document. Then SAVE that e-mail in a folder. I don't know how long a MEMO is allowed to be, but it is limited, this e-mail method will work.
