Hello, I got a refurbished (from T-Mobile) Blackberry 7100. When I try to use my ROGERS wireless SIM card, the 7100 asks me to INSERT SIM CARD.

It's very difficult to insert the SIM card in the unit, the card is a bit bigger and thicker the the hole for the SIM card.

I think you need to have the 7100 unlocked from T mobile first.

It is an unlocked 7100t.

I bought a unlocked referb 7100T for Rogers as well, and my sim card was tight, but it fit. You might have to give it a littte force.

You may be trying to insert the SIM card to 7100 the wrong way.

Just get to Rogers store and ask someone help you with it. Rogers SIM card, just like any other standard SIM card, should fit 7100 just fine.

Took it back to the store where I purchased it. It was a tight fit, but it worked. Service department had to activate on the ROGERS network. Works fine now. Now for the data plan.......
