Default HELP: GN Netcom 6210 headset + 7100t

I'm trying to use my new GN6210 headset with my 7100t, and am not having any luck. I was able to pair the devices successfully, and the headset shows up as having a Headset profile. However, every time I try to connect to it from my BB, it get a message that it connects, followed a few seconds later with a message telling that the connection has been lost...
