hello, new here, i tried to unlock my blackberry using a software i purchased from ebay, i followed the instructions and checked to ensure my software was 4.x. I took the sim card out to begin the process and i got this error: jum error 102, white screen with the text very small. I tried to reset and it just returns to the same screen???? what do I do. thanks, al
