One of my users ahs a number 1 next to a little circle with a line through it on his bb. it is directlybelow the v/m icon.


any ideas?

Not sure about the line through the circle but the circle icon is usually for pending web requests. Pending web requests are listed in messages (you can just delete it) if that's what it is...
