Default How to enable email on warranty replacement 8700

Please Login to Remove!

Hello!

I just received an 8700c warranty replacement phone from Cingular due to the backlight on my previous 8700c burning out.

The new 8700 doesn't have any email icons on the main screen and I can't see anything in the settings that will allow me to enable messaging services. Can anyone tell me what to do please to enable my pop email accounts as I had them before? I have the latest Cingular OS installed (4.1.0.377).

Thanks so much in advance for any guidance.

Nevermind!

A soft reset fixed the problem.

Thanks,

Actually, you can just go to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular, log in, and enter the PIN and IMEI of your new Blackberry.
