Default BB Won't show anything, please help

Please Login to Remove!

So yesterday my company turned on the network password protection for the first time, somewhere there was miscommunication and after entering the wrong password a few times my phone has completely stopped working. I see nothing on the screen and just the red indicator light in the corner.

What do I do?

After prematurely entering the message something did show up on my BB. A white screen with a circle and what looks to be a little icon crossed out with the number 507 under it.

Is this telling me that there is no app installed?

The entire Operating System and all applications and data have been wiped out. If this is a corporate owned BB and your IS department will reload the BB please contact them.

I'm sort of on my own for this, can I just reinstall the OS? If so how?

download the OS and desktop manager from your service provider or Blackberry.com - install desktop manager first, connect the device and it should run for you. Your company could have dekstop manager use blocked via policy though so you may want to talk to your BES admin or tech support
