Default Stumped - No *SEND* function

Please Login to Remove!

BB unit using both BIS and redirector on the handheld. On Bis, the *send* function is fine.

However, whenever doing a draft under messages and attempting to do a send via the handheld, the *send* email function is not even there.

Any clues fellas.

Login to BIS and resend your service books.

It's definitely a service book issue. If you can't resolve this by resending them, call your carrier's data support group and have them push the service books.

I did submit the Service Book twice from BIS, and from handheld, never able to send out either. I keep getting 'saved draft' I am current under BES, and it was fine for a while till now. I also get some emails that I read and scroll down, then error pop say 'More Request cannot be completed. Service Book information not found.'...... I have unlimited plan with data, and text service. I have swiped the handheld and did not help. Reactivate BES twice, and did not help either. Any suggestion?

Have had this a few times on our BES. Usually it's a backup-your-device, remove-user-from-BES, let sit for a few minutes, wipe-handheld, add-user-back-to-BES, plug-in-handheld/wirelessly-activate-with-BES, restore-handheld kind of thing. You can always have your IT dept. resend the Service Book from the BES, since that seems like it's the issue.
