Default text message call back number wrong

Please Login to Remove!
Any idea when sending a txt message the call back number is incorrect? Is this an issue with the BB or carrier?

Carrier. Call your carrier tech support for BB and they will ask you what text message ph # your BB is showing and try to reset or try another #

The SMS Callback number may be set on the device as follows:

1) Go to Options/SMS
2) Enter the correct number into the "Callback Number" field
