Corrupted profiles switching back to 8700

I recently switched back to the 8700 from the Pearl. Since my service is administered through a BES, my profiles were also part of the restoration process. Problem is, because the media files on my Pearl and 8700 were different, it corrupted the profiles! Now when I try and bring up the profiles by typing F on my home screen, the menu screen lags and the profile names are screwed up (Two "Normal" profiles, another profile with no name, etc).

Is there a way to delete or reset profiles, short of redoing the OS? Thanks for the help!

Use the Backup/Restore feature of Desktop Manager. Click advanced and clear the profiles database. It will revert back to the device default profiles.

Thanks... I tried this and it said "Cannot restore read-only database(s) on device." Not really sure how to proceed past this... :oops:
