while talking on the phone
 

When I’m talking on the phone and i press the convenience key it asks me do you want to exit and i have to click yes is there any way to change this it should not ask and go straight to the other screen

No, it always asks this. No way around it....sorry.

Or, you could just hit the end call button and this will end the call on your phone without having to click yes on the convience key button. The convience button isn't really a convience in this situation. Try that next time and it will end much quicker without having to answer an automated question produced by the phone.

I'm guessing the OP is asking this because they want to browse their BB while talking on the phone.
