Hello all:

I am observing a strange situation on my 8703e/Verizon. When BES is installed solely, reconciliation works as described.

Once I add my personal email via BIS, reconciliation stops working. When I mention reconciliation, I mean seeing emails on my BB as read when I have opened them within Outlook on my work computer and deleted emails being deleted from both my Exchange Inbox and BB device 'Messages' list.

As said before, once I added a pop account, this stops working.

I even deleted the pop (BIS) account to test and reconciliation started to work again.

I presume BIS doesn't "break" BES. Any thoughts?

It shouldn't. Have you checked the reconciliation settings (for both accounts) after you have integrated an account with BIS?
