7290 BB dying overnight

Default 7290 BB dying overnight

Hi all...new to the forum....looking for help....

I just got two brand new 7290 Blackberry units......

Put both on charge immediately when I got them and didn't power on until the batteries were registering charged.....

Both are dying after sitting overnight.....screens go dead.....pressing power or buttons/scroll wheel etc will not bring them back up....

In order to get them to woork, I have to remove the battery and restart.

Anyone have any ideas?

First I thought I got two bad batteries but if that were the case the units wouldn;t power back up and be fine for a while....

These were purchased brand new....

If they are truly brand new (as in from your service provider) sounds like you need replacements.

Yep, brand new from Cingular.

What are the chances I would get two dead ones ?
