I just got my first blackberry, a 7280, unlocked from the internet. IT does not have the web browser feature available on my home screen. How do I get the web browser onto my phone? Any help would be appreciated. I want to run gmail on it and without a web browser I don't know how to download the program to it.

Have you gotten a BB plan with your service provider?

Your browser icon should automatically appear when service books are pushed to your BB. However, you must have a Blackberry data plan for this to happen. Assuming that you have the data plan in place, you need to push the service books or have your carrier do this for you.
