Default Vaja Case for 8700G

Please Login to Remove!

I've searched plenty, and found several threads that ALMOST answer my question, but none that actually do.
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with using either the RI052 or the RI051 (same form factor, but with the flap over the front) with an 8700g (specs on Vaja's site say that they're only for the 8700c/r).
I'm pretty set on the RI051 if it'll work. Note that the Balance case is a different form factor; there've been a few on here that've mentioned using that with the 8700g, but firstly it's still got the open front, and secondly Vaja lists it as working with the 8700g.
Anyway, any help on this is appreciated.

Thanks.
