'When I try to configure PIM in BB Desktop Manager and choose MS Outlook, I get message "The file or database name associated with MS Outlook is missing, invalid, or point to a file of zero length. Use browse button to locate."

I have uninstalled MS Office 2003 and reinstalled it numerous times. I have created a new MAPI name. Nothing will work--I keeping getting this message. Result is I can't syn anything any longer. Note everything worked fine for 6 months then one day it happened. Any other advise--I'm with Rogers--no help other than uninstall, reinstall, new MAPI name.

uninstall and reinstall DM.

Deleting and creating a new Outlook profile might have helped (not sure what you mean by creating a new MAPI name).
