7100 Unlocking (connection problems)

Anybody ever dealt with unlockitnow.com? I just bought a credit to unlock my 7100 and at first it said connection error restart phone try again type deal. Now I went back and downgraded to 4.1 and I get this message "Can not connect to phone, weird..."

Anyone have any ideas? Is it the suncom OS and I should try another?
