Here's the dilemma. On my blackberry, when I click Options - bluetooth, the screen tells me that Bluetooth is disabled. When I highlight, "enable bluetooth," then click the trackwheel, the mode remains in "bluetooth disabled." I can't get it to toggle over to Bluetooth enabled. As a result, I don't get menu options like "add device," or a list of "paired devices." I tried installing the new Cingular OS and the problem is still there.....

Have you popped the battery? That usually fixes the issue for my users.

I did have to have one warrantied but that is definitely not the norm.

Yep - took out battery and SIM for 30 minutes.. Is something like this a hardware failure???
