Thanks for your response, I had already resent the service books from my BIS account fully expecting that to fix it as it had in the past.
So when that did not work, I called Cingular and they said that they were having problems with the system and the service books could not be sent until they had it up and running again. They suggested I try again it two hours. I did, and it now works perfectly!
