unable to remove emails
 

Hi

My 8700g is on BES and some time ago stopped receiving emails from our server, its now up and running again but there are several emails that i can't delete from the in box even though i've removed them from my mian pc.

Any ideas?

I had a similar situation. I had to call the BES admin to reset my connection. In other words delete the connection totally and start from scratch. Hope this helps

There's a RIM knowledgebase article that outlines all your options. I'd recommend using the Backup utility approach -- it has always worked really well for me.
