Hello everyone,

I am not sure if this is the right place to post it. I mean it's about a third party software.

I have a BB 8700g and tried to download the Opera Mini 3.0. I first downloaded the low memory version and then deleted it as I got an error which read: "Failed to connect to the internet." I got the same error with the high memory version. I am connected to the internet on the phone as I get the blue double-sided arrow on the top right while Opera is conducting it's 'connection test'.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
I love my BlackBerry/CrackBerry and will fight anyone who says different.

Did you select "menu" then "tools" then "setings", scroll to network settings and click it. Then see if it connects.

Is your APN setting correct? Search above for the correct APN settings for your carrier.
