I have been having problems as seen here

Now i have been trying to find out how but can now find it any where. What do i search for that will find out.

Can someone just tell me. I want to smash this fing thing so bad right now.

Locate jl_cmder - it is several people's signature.
Use jl_cmder to completely erase your 8703.

Download the latest version of the Handheld OS for the 8703.
Execute the file you downloaded
Restart Desktop Manager
It will reload the OS - but all your data and downloaded apps will be gone.
