Exclamation Constant egg timer

Please Login to Remove!

I've just wiped my BlackBerry 7100X using the JL-Cmder software and went to reload the OS. I've done that, but now there is an egg timer contantly on the screen of the handheld. It doesn't seem to be responding in any way. I have tried removing the battery, using the desktop software and the JL- Cmder software again but it simply is not responding.

Does anyone have any ideas how i can solve this problem?

How long did you leave it after the reload finished before pulling out the battery? Sometimes it takes 5-20 minutes or longer for a device to initialize (or show the egg timer/hourglass) before it will come on, and pulling the battery in the middle can cause corruption of data on the handheld which prevents it from loading properly.

If it is still hourglassing today, you might have to wipe and reload again, but this time give it a bit of time.
